This massage headrest was easy to setup using the included instructions. There were no issues fitting the upper poles into the bottom support, and the foam pillow feels quite comfortable. The headrest is surprisingly sturdy, and it supports the weight of our heads well. Overall, the functionality of this massage headrest is perfect, and I recommend it for anyone giving massages at home.

I got this for when I had to sleep on my stomach after spinal surgery. It was pretty comfy (I also got fabric covers to make it more comfortable for my face). I loved how adjustable it was. It was easy to put together for the most part, but the arm rest was confusing. I don't like how it connects.

If you have a really tall family member who has never been able to book a massage in their life, get this for them! It turns any bed into a massage table instantly. We put this on our cali king and made a supersized massage bed! No more having to call massage places and ask if their tables are long enough, LOL!

I like this head cradle because it replaces me having to travel with my massage table which was heavy and oversized and Southwest Airlines charges $200 for checking over sized massage table so this can be used as carry on it's compact and it even came with an arm rest strap that latches onto the head rest cradle. All my clients love it because their neck doesn't feel strained and they thought it was a great invention.

My wife and are in our late 70's and early 80's. This product is easy to tuck under our mattress and take out when not in use. We give each other mild massages and love the product.
